By registering your profile through our domain or by the remittance of fees you become a member of eRistaa.
eRistaa offers a 100% refund if members do not get any response within 30 days. To be eligible for the refund, members should fulfill the following:
Upload atleast one photo.
Contact a minimum of 10 members.
Inspite of fulfilling these requirements,
If members do not get a reply to their Personalised Messages.
If members are not contacted by other members.
If members do not view/take any verified contact numbers.
If others don't view/take your contact number.
Moneyback guarantee is available for all types of memberships. The moneyback amount will be the non-promotional amount paid by the members. Any promotional amount earned through the website/portal and used for upgradation of membership, will be refunded in virtual wallet and can’t be redeemed to cash.
Membership is not automatic: The right of admission vests with eRistaa. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by eRistaa. Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for
Indian Nationals & Citizens.
Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).
Non Resident Indians (NRI).
Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage.
Length of Membership: You continue to be a member of eRistaa till:
eRistaa discharges its obligations to you by rendering its services to you; or eRistaa or yourself terminate the membership arrangement.
Paid Memberships: Validity of your paid membership is based on months (3, 6 or 12) and not based on days (90, 180 or 365).
Expiry of Membership - Once your membership with us expires, you will not be able to access your personalized messages sent, and mobile numbers viewed by you. We request you to save all your contacts you had contacted already and also upgrade your membership with us to enjoy access to these features.
Refund Of Fee
If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Your membership in the eRistaa service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
