No Agency
Besides the provision of services, eRistaa acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that eRistaa will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. eRistaa is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. eRistaa reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members of eRistaa.
Right to form Consortium/Associates
While providing services, eRistaa may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against eRistaa only and not against such persons or organizations.
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless eRistaa and/or its affiliates, their websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by eRistaa and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to this agreement.
You shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and eRistaa cannot be held responsible for the same.
